Thom Yorke has confirmed on BBC 1 that Radiohead will be touring in 2012. Speaking to BBC Radio 1's Giles Peterson, Yorke said: "The idea is to go out and play next year on and off during the year."

The band announced two shows in New York yesterday, and have only played one live show, to support their album The King Of Limbs.
Portishead's Clive Deamer would be part of the touring band.

Yorke also said he plans to release a new album as part of Atoms For Peace, his project with producer Nigel Godrich and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea. Apparently he's currently "finishing the album." Yay!
