In an interview with The Daily Breeze, Alexakis said he's working with Everclear on a new album and has no plans to go strictly solo.
The 49-year-old said he's been "doing a lot of shows lately. I think all good songs can revert back to one instrument and a voice. I think if it is all about production, it is not a real song. When it comes to my solo shows, you will get all of the Everclear songs, a couple of covers and some good stories."
