Republican Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno on Wednesday got up during a budget crisis debate on the floor of the Illinois Senate to make a "point of personal privilege." Then she read some Wu Tang lyrics via Raekwon from "C.R.E.A.M" (Cash Rules Everything Around Me).
"The most precious thing in the world is the financial security and wellbeing of your family...You want to send your little ones to the best school and in the end you want to know you left them with peace of mind.
