Just because it's Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver that have announced their separation doesn't mean they can't curl up into their own fetal balls and wallow with miserable music.

After all, the Governator has feelings too--even though he doesn't always show it! (Hyuk, hyuk.)

After the jump, a break-up soundtrack tailored for the couple who "are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship."

As Shriver asked in a YouTube video to supporters, "It is so stressful to not know what you're doing next... I'd like to hear from other people in transition. How did you get through it? What were three things that enabled you to get through your transition?"

Well, Ms. Shriver, here's three songs that have always helped us through various breakups:

Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, "Stranded In Your Love"

Lisa Germano, "Energy"

The Breeders, "Do You Love Me Now?"
