She & Him's Competition: Lukas Haas and Isabel Lucas Make Music, Too

​What's with Hollywood stars making good music? (And no, Gwyneth, I'm not talking about you.) Former child actor Lukas Haas (who was in Witness with Harrison Ford almost 20 years ago and most recently seen in Inception) has a new project called Lukas/Lucas with Aussie actor Isabel Lucas.

As far as we can tell, it's not a real band (yet), but Haas plays drums and piano for a band called the Rogues (though we can't find any evidence of it online).  Watch the video of their first song, "Made for You," after the jump.
The Lucas/Lukas video clips were filmed and recorded in Haas' studio in LA and directed by Carleton Ranney.

This doesn't pass my "Would we be talking about this if the people involved weren't famous?" test. Not by a long shot. Sounds like an out-of-tune, lazy amalgamation of songs by The National.

It is kind of a funny video to watch, though. The look on their faces like they're really making something special adds a heaping layer of dramatic irony.
