Five Careers for the Post-Retirement Phil Collins

In a move that devastated fans of the soundtrack to Disney's Tarzan (1999), Phil Collins announced his retirement from the music industry this week. A prolific recording artist during his 40-year career, it's unlikely the former Genesis front man will stay idle for long. When Collins is ready to rejoin the rat race, we humbly suggest to him the following careers:

Any musician who has listened to early Genesis would have no trouble telling you that Phil Collins is one of the finest rock drummers ever.  Period. 

There are plenty of talentless and gimmicky "artists" to make fun of these days.  Why choose such a talented and decent man to ridicule? 

Ryan Weyls, why don't you post your picture and list of accomplishments and we'll see how you measure up against Phil Collins?  I'm guessing that you're as insignificant as this post of yours. 

Writing for OCWeekly eh?  I guess community college didn't prepare you for a real paper.

I'm wondering....based on this piece (of what you can decide), would the writer also consider Cheech Marin as a scornful, Mexican-hater. Listen to Born in East LA. But then who in media within the last 15 years ever put any thought into what the writing?
