OC Music Awards at Tiki Bar Tonight

We're halfway through the OC Music Awards showcase series, which means we are that much closer to the 2011 Music Awards Ceremony at the City National Grove of Anaheim on March 5 (yes, they did just have a stupid name change). Tomorrow night, local acts She Screams Remedy, Entice, Railroad to Alaska, Pistolero and Seedless will compete in the category of Best Live Band.

Once again, radio personality Beer Mug from KROQ-FM 106.7's morning show will host the event. Free PopChips will be dispersed throughout the show, and the first 50 people will get free tacos from the Wahoo's fish-taco truck.

Be sure to cast your fan vote online and help one of the artists in each category (who weren't chosen by the panel of judges) to move to the Showcase Series Finals. Join me at 7:30 p.m. to cheer on your favorite acts. The best part? It's free (must be over 21 or over to enter). Be there.
