OC Music Awards at the Gypsy Lounge Tonight

​​As we mentioned in December, the Gypsy Lounge will host the Orange County Music Awards tonight. Sadly, this will be one of the last shows there before the venue closes its doors. The five acts on the bill--Gromble, Strange Birds, May McDonough, Kiev and California Condors--will compete for the second spot in the Best Live Band showcase.

The show starts promptly at 7:30 p.m. and is sponsored by Bud Light. If you are hungry, the Wahoo's truck will be parked outside again, donating free tacos to the first 50 deadbeat music fans who show up. The performances should end around midnight, and I'll be there judging all the great live acts, so say hi and support these up-and-coming artists.
