Predicting the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas Line Up

​It is that time of the year again when people start talking about who will appear at the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas shows. Traditionally held at the Gibson Amphitheater, the venue has a glaring hole in their calendar: there are no shows scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 11, and Sunday, Dec. 12.

With some powers of deduction, one can conclude some of the bands that will appear due to the recent announcement of the alternative radio holiday shows scheduled in San Diego and San Francisco.
In San Francisco on Friday, Dec. 10, The Smashing Pumpkins, My Chemical Romance, Phoenix, Black Keys and Broken Bells play the LIVE 105 Not So Silent Night show.

In San Diego on Sunday, Dec. 12, The Smashing Pumpkins, My Chemical Romance, Bad Religion, Jimmy Eat World, Switchfoot, Anberlin and A Day To Remember play 91X Wrex The Halls.

So my predictions are as follows:

Saturday, Dec. 11 (tends to be the Hard Rock night)
The Smashing Pumpkins
My Chemical Romance
Bad Religion
Jimmy Eat World
Anberlin

Sunday, Dec. 12 (tends to be the Alternative night)
Phoenix
Black Keys
Broken Bells

Other bands on tour that could possibly appear: Weezer, Sublime with Rome, A Perfect Circle, and Faith No More.  Anyone else hear anything?
