Second Annual Long Beach Comic Con = Largest Costume Party EVER in Long Beach!

​The Long Beach Comic-Con probably knew what it was doing when it scheduled to be at the Long Beach Convention Center on Oct. 29 to 31--after all, it's the best excuse to dress up prior to Halloween FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS!

It doesn't hurt that there's a plethora of comic book talent, publishers, gaming companies, movie and television stars, and music at the Con as well.

On Friday, Shiny Toy Guns will headline a costume and concert ball. On Saturday, there will be a costume ball and fundraiser. On Sunday? Trick or treating all day for kids in costume. 

(On Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m., Dark Country will also be screened in 3D for free.)

Tron: Legacy star Bruce Boxleitner will be at the Con, as well as actor Thomas Jane (Hung, The Punisher); Jeph Loeb (Marvel Entertainment executive vice president); Mike Mignola, (Hellboy), and comic book artists, writers and creators as well. 

The Long Beach Comic Con will be held a the Long Beach Convention Center, 300 Ocean Blvd., Long Beach. Tickets: $25 to $45. www.longbeachcomiccon.com.
