The Morrissey 13: Moz's Favorite (Favourite?) Singles

morrissey877.jpg
On Facebook, Morrissey published a list of his all-time favorite singles, mostly from the 1970s. (Maybe from when Moz first started getting serious about music?)
New York Dolls' 1973 song "Jet Boy" topped the list; according to Clashmusic.com,  as a music-obssessed adolescent, Morrissey bombarded music magazine NME with letters about the band and wrote a fan biography. He was also instrumental in their reformation. Check out  the complete list after the jump.
Morrissey published the list  to celebrate the  launch of Morrissey's remastered, re-artworked and expanded Everyday Is Like Sunday single.

Here are his choices, then a playlist, courtesy of Morrissey's Facebook page:

Mr Bloe - 'Groovin With Mr Bloe'
Roxy Music - 'Do The Strand'
The Supremes - 'I'm Livin' In Shame'
Paul Jones - 'I've Been A Bad, Bad Boy'
The Crystals - 'All Grown Up'
Shocking Blue - 'Mighty Joe'
Al Martino - 'Granada'
Buffy Sainte-Marie - 'Soldier Blue'
The Tams - 'Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy'
Bob & Marcia - 'Young, Gifted and Black'
The Sundown Playboys - 'Saturday Nite Special'
Sparks - 'This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both of Us'
New York Dolls - 'Jet Boy'
