Social D's Mike Ness Selling Two OC Homes

​Ahh, to be a rockstar. The OC Register reports that punk legend Mike Ness of Social Distortion is selling a house he owns on the Balboa Peninsula, in addition to a vintage home he put already put on the market in Lemon Heights.

​The Newport Beach home, built in 1946, is listed at $1,295,000, or $637 a square foot. It's a 2,033-square foot house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and it's on a 2,450-square-foot lot. According to the Register, Ness doesn't live in the property and instead found another house in the area that he likes better.

​Ness was originally selling his Lemon Heights house for $2,100,000; he's lowered the price to $1,800,000. The 4,000-square foot, gated house was built in 1924, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, on a half-acre lot.
