Gettin' Made: Off the Strip Reception Friday Night

Make sure you leave room in your plans this Friday night to head up to Culver City to check out the Off the Strip art show opening at the WWA gallery!

The WWA Gallery asked 25 artists (including Casey Weldon, Jeff T. Owens, Mark Bodnar and more) to put their own spin on the wholesome comic strips we all know and love - and those artists more than delivered! The show gives a rare glimpse at the usually upright and uptight citizens of comic pages as they leap off their Sunday strips and land in some truly scandalous situations.

The reception for the Off the Strip show takes place Friday, July 16 from 7-10 pm at the WWA Gallery, at 9517 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232. Can't make it Friday night? Don't worry, the show will be up through September 4th for your comic-viewing pleasure!
