What reason do you have to miss the OC Foodie Fest? As Dave Lieberman said, "34 food trucks have committed; the organizers are hoping for a total of
50. Proceeds will go to three OC charities: Pretend City Children's
Museum in Irvine, Child S.H.A.R.E., an outreach program to find foster
families, and St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels."
Not to be missed is Ludo Fried Chicken and our very own Filipino food blogger truck, Burnt Lumpia.
Now that we know Dusty Rhodes and the River Band are headlining the whole shebang, there's no excuse for not buying a ticket now (sounds like it will sell out) and stuffing your face on Aug. 28.

And another tip from Lieberman: "get there early, go in groups (so you can divide and conquer) and, above all, be patient."
