​Get ready: Fullerton favorites the Steelwells will be serving up some acoustic rock as well as some fine cuisine tonight at Memphis in Santa Ana's Memphis at the Santora. They're the featured artist at today's installment of Dinner with Dave, a semi-monthly music/food event hosted by Dave Mau, chef at The Re{treat} at The Spa in Costa Mesa. The Steelwells are as sizzling-hot as a fajita platter in Orange County right now. They released their EP Shallow on the Draft late last year, and they've  been nominated for three 2010 OC Music Awards. The group will be performing at 10 p.m., offering up unplugged versions of their sweet, wistful guitar-pop. After the band completes their set, the eclectic edibles from Chef Mau will be served.
