Ron Emory, guitar player of Long Beach's punk grandfathers TSOL (True Sounds of Liberty), is releasing his debut album, Walk That Walk, on his Web site Friday. In it: collaborations with Mike Ness, Rancid's Tim Armstrong, Fletcher Dragge from Pennywise, Dexter Holland, Mark McGrath and Mike Roche.

Here's an exclusive download from the upcoming debut. "Walk That Walk" is a collaboration with Mike Ness, and is the song the album is named after.

Emory's record release show will be at the Blue Cafe in Sunset Beach on May 7, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door. Also, be sure to pick up a print issue of OC Weekly on May 7 to read the full interview with Emory!

UPDATE! The Blue Cafe called today and announced that the show has been moved to their Huntington Beach location. The address is: 17208 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, 21+, 562-592-1302. Tickets are still $10 and are available on their Web site or at Vinyl Solutions.
