Red Rabbit will take place at the Glendale Civic Auditorium on May 15. It's all handmade art and craft. This is the fourth show, but is the first one this big and at this facility. They hope
to have 75 vendors, and there will be lots of free craft classes and free goody bags to the first 50 attendees. The emphasis of Red Rabbit is education - teaching the community about craft and creativity so that hopefully then they will understand, appreciate and value handmade work. Admission will be free and parking in the adjacent structure will be $6.00.
Spaces are available for $75 - $100, see the Red Rabbit website for more details.
The Silver Lake Jubilee celebrates music and art in Silver Lake, one of Los Angeles' most eclectic neighborhoods. The festival reflects the community featuring more than 20 trend-setting musical performances, arts from across the disciplines, local artists and crafters, exquisite food from restaurateurs and all Silver Lake and surrounding communities have to offer.
May 22 and 23, a 10' x 10' booth is $650.
