Show of the Day: Cold War Kids at the Wiltern, Los Angeles

Long Beach (by way of Fullerton) band Cold War Kids celebrate their freshly minted EP Behave Yourself with a gig tonight at the Wiltern. Yeah, we wish the show was taking place down here in OC territory but will gladly make the trip. Check out the thumping, slinky, sexy rocker "Audience," which opens the record.

"We did Behave Yourself totally different from [Loyalty]," bassist Matt Maust told OC Weekly. "We didn't realize we were making an EP when we were making an EP. The actual recordings were very spontaneous--it's like doing something in the middle of the night when you're too old to do something in the middle of the night."
