Show of the Day: The Devil Wears Prada at The Grove, Anaheim

Christian metalcore purveyors the Devil Wears Prada-- as in we're against materialism not, as our name more correctly suggests, into chick lit and Meryl Streep movies, or so they say--enjoy top billing on this show that includes co-headliners All That Remains as well as supporting acts Story of the Year and Haste the Day.
The Devil Wears Prada distinguishes itself from the myriad other bands that fall under the "screamo" umbrella--particularly on their latest release With Roots Above and Branches Below--with nifty acoustic guitars and piano popping up in between sheets of pulverizing noise replete with the cookie-monster-vocals-in-the-name-of-god silliness.
