Well, how about this? A free local show tonight from two of the most prominent veteran Orange County bands. Life could be worse.
It's the "Surfercross After Party," from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the OC Tavern in San Clemente, and featuring performances from the Aquabats (pictured, but you already knew that) and TSOL. To get in, all you have to do is RSVP here. There will be "giveaways and custom tees," apparently, and the whole thing is sponsored by Toyota, and if their parties are anywhere near as reliable as their automobiles, this thing should be a pretty safe bet.
