Ozzy Osbourne to Close BlizzCon '09

Apparently Ozzy Osbourne really liked doing this World of Warcraft commercial. He's going to be closing out this year's massively sold out BlizzCon '09, with a concert in Anaheim on August 22.

Don't get too excited--this is only added value for those already attending. As noted, the show sold out months ago, in a matter of minutes.

For the uninitiated, BlizzCon is a semi-regular convention bringing together fans of computer games by Irvine-based company Blizzard Entertainment, which publishes the massively popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game WoW, action RPG Diablo and sci-fi real-time strategy game Starcraft. This year's show is August 21-22 at the Anaheim Convention Center. But if you read this far you probably already knew all that.
