Outgoing: DJ AM Gig at Detroit Bar Postponed

Ah, the concert gods giveth and they taketh away. On the heels of the news that the Detroit Bar is bringing the Duke Spirit to town on Aug. 30, comes word that a DJ AM gig scheduled for July 29 at the very same Costa Mesa venue (the anniversary party for the "Busy Work" dance night) has been postponed. Says Detroit co-owner Jon Reiser: "he is doing some TV series for MTV." So there you go. Keep an eye here for news on when DJ AM might return to the CM, and keep in mind that Detroit and Busy Work have plenty more notable nights coming up, like Steve Aoki and "DJ Mom Jeans" (Danny Masterson from That '70s Show) on Aug. 12.
