It was a busy weekend in OC Weeklyville, but what else is new? Here's some of the cool stuff we were at the past couple days:

Wango Tango at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater: Black Eyed Peas! (Pictured.) Kelly Clarkson! Flo Rida! Lady Gaga! Somewhat inexplicably, All-American Rejects! Chris Victorio hung tough Saturday at the former Irvine Meadows, coming back with these pics of the aforementioned currently hot pop superstars. Imagine that crowd. Yeah.

Grand Duchy at Detroit Bar: Former Pixies frontman Frank Black--actually, it seems that he's back to Black Francis these days--has another new project called Grand Duchy, along with his charming wife Violet Clark. I was there on Friday and will have some more thoughts later, but Beth Stirnaman was also there, and here are some cool pics.

Good Foot! at Que Sera: The Good Foot! funk/soul event has been around for more than a decade, and these images from Doug Neill show that it's still one of the cooler events in Long Beach. Just look at those dudes in that first pic!
