TONIGHT: OC Music Awards Showcases Move to Chain Reaction

The OC Music Awards showcases--held the last four Tuesdays at Detroit Bar in Costa Mesa--move to Chain Reaction for two weeks starting tonight (then, two weeks at eVocal, in CM across the street from Detroit). The good news? All ages! The bad news? Instead of being free, as the Detroit shows were and eVocal shows will be, cover is a relatively spendy (in this economy!) $10 (six bands, though; the previous nights only had four).

Acts tonight include openers We Are the Pilots (who recently were on KUCI with me), Moostache (pictured, I wrote about them this past week in Locals Only), Dolphin City (who I wrote about several weeks back in Locals Only), Halos, Twentyfour64 and Franki Doll & the Broken Toys, all of whom I have nothing to do with, yet.
