More No Doubt Tour News

Alright, so there aren't any official tour dates yet, but a few babies and weddings later, No Doubt has finally officially confirmed they will indeed be touring Summer 2009.

Starting this May, the band will be making stops at larger amphitheaters and arenas all through out the United States and Canada with current KROQ sensation Paramore (hey, it could be worse).

Swedish synth pop group the Sounds and Canadian band Bedouin Soundclash will provide additional backup on select tour dates.

While the new album isn't quite ready for release, singer Gwen Stefani stated in this morning's press release, "The whole reason for going on this tour was to have fun, try on all our favorite songs again and to get inspired to make new music. It feels good to be all together again."

This will be No Doubt's first tour in five years, co-headlining with Blink-182 in 2004. Keep checking this space for tour dates and on-sale information!
