Prepare to 'Thrill the World' in Irvine

Looking for a way to capture "Filipino inmate" chic? Why not Thrill The World today, and participate in an "annual worldwide simultaneous dance of Michael Jackson's 'Thriller.'" Alright, sold. Events are planned all over the world, for the second year in a row - 95 cities, 13 countries - including the Atomic Ballroom in Irvine. The OC event even has its own MySpace, with full details; you must arrive by 10 a.m. to participate. Why are people doing this? Some mucky-muck involving "sharing the joy of dance," according to the official Web site. Also, because the "Thriller" dance is awesome.
